Based on the A5 in Northampton, Station Road (NN6 7XN) provided a practical location for our client, Precon Products. Looking for a space and premises for self-contained stock storage, logistics and management, the 27,000 sq ft of gross internal area allowed us to develop a great space for this growing business.
The Outcome
The team at Nene Property project managed the entire development, from planning and designing a practical layout to increase productivity and warehouse logistics to installing appropriate storage facilities which are scalable with their growth.
We also made use of the aerial space above by incorporating high-rise racking and subsidiary offices for their colleagues. This included office fitouts, meeting room set-ups, and essential facilities such as toilets, kitchen areas and break-out spaces.
